So on the 4th of February, Lucy Rose is playing at Camden’s Jazz Cafe. The gig is part of the HMV Next Big Thing series that seems to be emulating other such branded sets of gigs across the capital like NME awards shows. Other notable bands playing gigs for the festival include Field Music and Sweet Billy Pilgrim.
This is likely to be one of a handful of chances to see her in a small venue before her album comes out later in the year and demand increases. Check out her new single Red Face below. With Radio 1 airplay for this track, popularity for Lucy’s music seems to be only increasing.
